Austin's Texas Star Meeting & Event Center is the perfect location to celebrate your special occasion. We are a full service facility with an expert event staff to assist in the planning and the execution of your event. We have the ideal setting for your wedding ceremony and reception. Austin's Texas Star Meeting and Event Center is the perfect venue to celebrate a Quinceanera, Bat or Bar Mitzvah or a Milestone Birthday. We are especially attuned to the Religious and Cultural significance these Rites of Passage signify. Austin's Texas Star Meeting and Event center is the perfect place for your company function. We have a Texas-sized meeting space offering both privacy and affordability. Our ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests for your next corporate event.

Our versatile ballroom space can offer a break-out session, complete with refreshments. Our business support team can meet all your AV and related equipment needs.

FAQ General Policies & FAQ’sWhat is the maximum number of guests allowed?250 guest is the largest amount of people we are able to accommodate.What does the facility rental fee include?The rental fee includes tables, resin (or wood) padded folding chairs, and up to a 24'x24' dancefloor.How long do we have the facility?The facility is available for six hours of event time (including one hour teardown), and three hours of setup time. All events must be concluded by 12:00 a.m./Midnight. Additional setup hours and event hours can be purchased for an additional fee.Is there a security deposit?Yes, there is a $1000 refundable security deposit for any event. If there are no damages to the facility or the property, the deposit will be refunded 7-10 business days following your event.How do I secure the facility for my date?50% of your rental fee is due upon signing to reserve the facility for your event.What is the catering policy?We offer a list of recommended caterers, but you are not required to make your selection from our preferred list. All caterers not on our recommended list must complete a "Caterer's Agreement" provided by Austin's Texas Star. The caterers will have full use of our on-site kitchen facilities (including our ice machine) but may NOT do any cooking on-site.Can I serve alcohol?Alcohol may be served, but you must use one of our TABC licensed bartenders to serve the alcohol. We will arrange this service for you. All alcohol is to be provided by the event holder, and your guests may not bring in alcohol. Cash Bar options can also be referred to you by our staff. Security is required at all events when alcohol is served, and you must utilize our security staff. The numbers of security officers will be determined by the guest count, and is arranged by our Texas Star Staff.When can I come for a tour?Tours are scheduled by appointment only, 7 days a week. Please call Dena Christine to schedule today at (512) 801-7713.Do you offer overnight accommodations?No, there are no overnight accommodations at our facility. We would be happy to provide a list of recommended hotels nearby.May we bring in outside rentals?All rentals must be provided by Premiere Party Central, where a 20% discount is offered to all Texas Star eventholders for any in-stock available rental items. If you have questions about availability for your event, please contact an Event Consultant at PPC by calling their South location at (512) 292-3900.The Q & A's above are general information.
